Skiing Fun - Chronicle 6

Hannah and I had a rare girls day as Jack went to school. We went to breakfast at the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse and then to Eldora skiing. Here is a couple of videos and pictures. I asked her after if she had fun skiing and she said, "Yah it was awesome!" Well said! We had a blast! :)

The innocence - Chronicle 5

"Mom?" "Yes, Hannah" "Do I have lines under my eyes (looking at her reflection in a dark window)?" "No sweetie, why?" "Because you do Mom" "Yah I know sweetie, I'm getting old..."

Long Weekend Activities - Chronicle 4

Here you will find pics of our weekend. Bunny ear decorating with Jackson and Marcus, Butterfly Pavilion visit, Jack holding Rosie the tarantula and a photo shoot by Hannah busting Jack doing laundry, playing in the toilet and riding his scooter. And no the glasses are not real, apparently just fashionable. I'm a little worried about the outfit with the umbrella, ah the innocence.

The inspiration - Chronicle 2

So the pics you see here were the inspiration for the blog. I want to make sure I don't forget any of these "precious" moments. One is of Jack making a smoothie on his own, soy milk, mac and cheese and a hot dog, yum! The other pic is of the kids making a cake on their own. It was Rick's bday and while I was getting ready to go out (Rick was already out getting a massage) they decided to make a cake, flour, sugar, eggs, salt, maple syrup, butter, oh and an entire bag of chocolate chips. The sitter Lisa just added baking powder and maybe a little more flour and voila, they had a cake. Lisa said it was "almost good". Hannah said it tasted like pancakes. :)

Valentine's Day - Chronicle 1

Happy Valentine's Day! Welcome to my blog. I decided to start a blog to chronicle the lives of the Vincent Family, specifically our kids Hannah & Jack. I'm afraid I'm forgetting events in their lives and am hoping this helps in documenting them more regularly. Today was pretty uneventful as the kids were in school. We got about 4 or 5 inches of snow today so we were a little late to school. Also, I missed the "memo" on brining handmade Valentines to Hannah's class so she was the only one with commercial Valentine's, I felt so bad, oh well... Here are a couple of pics of the kids from tonight. Hannah thought Jack needed a skirt on. And Hannah is sitting at her "throne".
